Doing some work -- hooking stuff up
A made a couple holes in the armrest for the switches that will control whether the navi screen shows navi or video, and to turn AUX in on and off. Also made three holes for a full AV AUX in port.
Here's the wiring all done for the AUX port.
Here's what the armrest looks like from the inside. Nice and neat. Looks almost OEM. :)

This is my REALLY BAD Photoshop job of where the AV switcher is installed.
This is what the Blitzsafe adapter looks like. The one I actually installed doesn't have the NAVI dongle which I pointed out in the pic. The Canadian TL doesn't need it. Not sure about the US one.
Don't put the Blitzsafe adapter here. There's no room for the head unit.
I tucked it up here. There was enough room and it's out of the way.
